A forward-looking purpose.

From steel re-rolling to a diversified industrial group, our story is rooted in Bangladesh’s development.

OUR STORY

Built from the ground up.

Ratanpur Group’s industrial journey began in Chattogram in 1984, supplying deformed steel bars for Bangladesh’s growing construction needs. Ratanpur Steel Re-Rolling Mills Limited was incorporated on April 22, 1986.

The company prospectus records the start of billet production from recycled scrap in 2003, connecting steelmaking with the rolling process. This industrial foundation also shaped the Group’s expansion into ship recycling, shipping, jute, property and agriculture.
